These Terms govern business use of MediLinkFilm cloud PACS, Router, hospital portal, doctor portal, Share Links, and related services by hospitals and diagnostic centres (“Customer”).
By creating an account, installing MediLinkFilm Router, or using any Service, you confirm you are authorised to bind your organisation and accept these Terms.
1. Services
MediLinkFilm provides DICOM storage, routing software, web viewing, share links, and operational dashboards. Customer remains the data controller for patient and clinical data uploaded through the Services.
2. Customer responsibilities
- Maintain lawful basis and consent for processing and sharing patient imaging.
- Protect portal credentials, Router workstations, and issued Share Links.
- Use the Services only for legitimate healthcare operations compliant with applicable law in your jurisdiction (including clinical and data-protection regulations).
3. Data & security
We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to medical imaging workloads. Customer must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe internal APIs, or access another hospital’s data.
4. Share links & viewers
Share Links are issued by Customer staff. Customer is responsible for who receives links, expiry, and revocation. MediLinkFilm may rate-limit or block abusive access patterns.

6. Website analytics
When you visit medilinkfilm.com, we may collect limited usage data to understand how the site is used and to improve our services. This may include:
- Device type — whether you are on a mobile phone, tablet, or desktop (derived from your browser’s User-Agent string).
- Approximate location — city or region level, derived from your IP address (we store a hashed form of the IP, not the raw address).
- Pages viewed — which pages you open on our marketing site.
We may use Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation) for additional aggregated statistics. Analytics data is used for internal operations and product improvement only.
Demo share links on app.medilinkfilm.com use similar coarse device and location analytics when someone opens a shared study — visible to authorised MediLinkFilm administrators in our ops console.
