Does the patient need an app?
No. It opens in any mobile browser — Chrome, Safari, WhatsApp’s in-app browser. No download, no login for the patient.
Do we stop giving film?
No — the digital copy sits alongside the film you already provide. Patients get both; doctors mostly stop asking for the CD.
Is the viewer a “real” DICOM viewer?
Yes. Full DICOM 3.0 — window/level, cine, MPR, distance/angle measurements, series navigation, prior comparison. On any device.
How long does setup take?
One Windows install at your centre. First study in the cloud in about 15 minutes.
Is it secure for patient data?
TLS end-to-end, AES-256 at rest, signed short-lived tokens per share, per-tenant storage, and a full audit trail on every open and download.
